From the vegetable garden to the table

"from the garden to the table" experience will allow you to learn about the varieties of local agricultural products, the transformation processes and their use in the kitchen, through the vegetable garden and the demonstration orchard present at the agrotourism.

Our goal is to let you experience the meaning of a short food supply chain and show you that the goodness and success of a finished product depends on the excellence of the primary products.

Young and old will be able to approach the culture of "eating well and healthy", and discover our land which, at the agri-food level, has a lot to say. If what Anthelme Brillat-Savarin affirms is true, "we are what we eat", fully knowing what an agri-food product is, will mean understanding its territory and traditions.

Inside the vegetable garden and in our rooms you will find infographics which explain the origins, properties and transformation processes of the gastronomic excellences of Molise.

The idea stems from our passion for the recovery and reproduction of native plant seeds, including ancient cereals, vegetables and fruit plants to enhance our biodiversity.
